Tanisha Dixon is an accomplished business owner, consultant and professional life coach.  Tanisha began her professional career as a high school Spanish teacher before going back to school to complete her Master's degree in Human Resource Management.  She spent several years in the corporate environment as a Senior Recruiter, Staffing Manager and Vice President of Employment.  She has worked for several Fortune 500 companies such as Bank One, Kelly Services and Olsten Staffing.  After a successful career in Corporate America, Tanisha decided to be a stay-at-home mom and commit herself to her family and her ministry.  She has traveled the world as a missionary, teacher and motivational speaker.  Some of her most exciting moments were being interviewed by Soledad O'Brien on CNN, meeting President and First Lady Obama and visiting the Holy Land at the request of Israel's Ministry of Tourism.  
 
In 2007, Tanisha decided to re-enter the business world as she launched The Chenier Group, an HR Consulting firm that specializes in employee training and development.  The Chenier Group’s motto is “Facilitating Excellence, Exceeding Expectations.”  Ms. Dixon’s vision for The Chenier Group is to be a world class provider of HR and small business consulting services.  The Chenier Group has recently expanded its offerings through Go TCG Webs, a boutique web design firm that offers websites and other corporate imaging products.  As a professional life coach, Tanisha equips her clients with the tools, strategies and support to overcome their fears, achieve their goals and ultimately, live their dreams!
 
Tanisha is passionate about investing in people and has been actively doing so for almost two decades.  In addition to her role as the Chief Executive Officer of The Chenier Group, Tanisha spends much of her time mentoring young women and giving back to the community through some of her favorite charities. 
 
Although being an entrepreneur brings great satisfaction to her life, Tanisha says that her greatest joy is in raising her three children.  She is the proud mother of Mariah, Victoria and James, III.
